Columbia Readiness Center for the Army National Guard

- Comprised of 30,000sf of structures including a central administration building and separate state-of-the-art equipment maintenance/training facility. The project involved clearing 7 1/2 acres and extensive drainage systems installation, site work, building pad and parking lots preparation.

Wesley Medical Center- Patient Room Renovation
- Renovations included all new plumbing, mechanical & electrical systems, metal studs, sheetrock, acoustical ceilings, flooring, millwork, doors & hardware, and audio-visual systems.

Forrest General Hospital- Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, & Central Sterile Processing
- Part remodel, part new construction including all new plumbing, mechanical & electrical systems, metal studs, sheetrock, acoustical ceilings, flooring, millwork, doors and hardware, 3 floors for a total of 38,500sf
- Architect: Perkins & Will
National Freight Truck Terminal
- New 6,700sf freight truck terminal. Project included new office building with attached maintenance shop, fuel island, security fencing, and parking lot.
